"Awful experience. During my acrylic fill, I asked the guy to reshape one of my nails so it looked equal to my other hand. He scoffed and acted all annoyed. Then, he chose a color based on my inspo pic. I didn't like it and asked for a different color. Again, he scoffed and acted all annoyed once again. He brought a sheer color and I asked if upon multiple coats would it be opaque and he just gave attitude - yes, you'll see your nail under!!!! The lady came in and tried to help find a color while he left and went to go on the computer. Attached is the color I wanted, a sheer milky nude, and here is what I ended up with. Bright white color and streaky. I was so frustrated and upset, I just went with one of the colors they picked out - I wanted to leave. There are air bubbles galore. They are bumpy, and quite honestly one of the worse experiences I've had at a nail salon. After I left, I checked the website to see how much an acrylic fill was, and I was shocked. I paid $60.40 for this acrylic fill, three weeks ago, I paid $70 for a full set. That is insane. Online, it says a fill is $30+. I called the salon, acting like a new customer, asking for the price for an acrylic fill with gel (much cheaper), and once I told her I was just in and that they overcharged me, she hung up on me. I was astonished. Will never go back. Poor customer service, no accountability with the pricing, and just an attitude. They do not care about customer satisfaction; they were not willing to help me find a color I loved. Go read the responses from the owners on the 1 star reviews. Their responses will show you how they treat their customers."
