"Dr. Piccard is the worst oral surgeon I’ve had seen. He didn’t care about my pain or his mistake in using a rod that was too big for gums. I need another surgery to try and fix his multiple of errors. He lacked any professional regard for the pain he created and the continued problems along with extreme pain since I had the implant procedure. I would NEVER recommend him, ever!"
"I would give more stars if I could - I had three wisdom teeth extracted here and I can't say enough about how kind, comforting, informative and overall wonderful the entire staff was. I knew exactly what to expect when I was walking in, the surgery was quick (under 30 minutes), I was cared for immediately following the surgery and they sent me home with a care package, a dope t-shirt and a print out of what I needed to do post-op. The office is beautiful, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend any and all oral surgeries be done here (and this is coming from someone who would avoid all thigs dental for a lifetime if I could)."
"The male receptionist is majorly unhelpful. If the policy is that the driver of a patient receiving sedation cannot leave the premises once the procedure has started, that should be stated UPFRONT. I wanted to drive 1 mile up the road to get gas before my friend’s procedure ended and he *insisted* that I could not leave the property; “It’s company policy. We would not have started the procedure if we knew you were leaving.” A) I understand policies are in place for safety and consistency, but there are also things called common sense and human decency - it would have been best for the patient to “allow” me to leave for 10 minutes while the procedure was still in process so that I didn’t have to stop with them in the car while recovering from anesthesia; B) I have worked at multiple out and in-patient surgery centers and I have never heard of such a strict policy. Ridiculous. And I hated how he talked to me like I did/was doing something wrong. It’s not my fault you failed to properly inform your patients, bro."
"I feel that my tooth extraction was fine. I had very little bleeding, and was never in pain. When any of the staff members spoke to me one on one, they were always very friendly and pleasant. However what was off-putting was that I felt like one of the many, faceless, nameless patients being run through the office. I don't remember anyone of the staff introducing themselves. They talked among themselves about a party cruise someone was taking, and other private things while my tooth was being drilled and tugged on, and extracted.. I didn't feel anyone cared about me as a person. I felt uneasy that perhaps everyone's mind was on subjects other than my extraction, and I was hoping a mistake wouldn't be made. In all of my experience in doctors' offices, this is the first time I have ever had this experience."
"Absolutely Wonderful! Dr.Williams is the best! His staff is awesome, Jen kept me laughing and even held my hand while I got the shots to numb me. From the door to the chair everyone was so nice and accommodating and funny too. I felt no pain during the procedure and if I even winced Dr.Williams addressed it! This was the best dental experience I have ever had and I am referring anyone ik that may need dental work to them! I wish they did cleanings and such so I could see them again!"
