She explained every step both times and did expert work another area “expert” said couldn’t be done. My 2nd procedure (#31) was a very difficult, infected tooth. Dr. Pauly made the pain disappear, did another stable, well-crafted final work. She even gives clear directions for after care. Dr. Pauly cares about her patients. She treats you like a person & knows you may be nervous, curious, in pain, or confused.. She makes the entire process feel comfortable. Office decor fits WNY perfectly! The best available technology and tools are all there. She’s simply the best endodontist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had 3 others over the years. When I saw the X-ray of the final work it’s a “textbook perfect” root canal. Both times someone else said I’d lose the tooth. If it can be fixed, Dr. Pauly will fix it and you’ll feel glad you went."

"The staff is great. Very cordial and friendly. Doctor Pauly is ok, not very good with explaining the condition and procedure. Little reluctant to answer questions. As per the documents they made us signed, they do not have any contract with any dental insurance company. They will send the claim to your insurance though and see if they cover any portion. Ultimately you are responsible for full amount and you have to pay it upfront. If insurance covers a portion they will reimburse you. We ended up not doing the procedure here because this Dr or facility is not in-network for our insurance. We ended up saving more than $1000."
