"It's a program I think I can succeed at and live with and I even referred a friend from Chicago that now goes to Medi and has lost 25 lbs. The staff at the Ft Worth clinic are all supportive and caring. They celebrate when you celebrate and it's neat to see your pic with other success stories who have lost 30, 50,70 lbs. When you're off course they help you reset. And no one has made me eat foods I can't stand. Recipes and a helpful discussion topic are given to you each week. It's not cheap or easy, but it is a commitment I made to myself!"
