"Seemed really nice and caring at first. If you have a problem and need help getting it resolved I would highly recommend going somewhere else. She/they won't respond to emails, so we left voicemails. Guess she's too busy or something. Tired of waiting and now I'm to the point I need to speak with someone about my condition that she diagnosed me with. So now I'm going to find someone who we can get in touch with and maybe actually cares. If there was a 1/4 star I would give it, but unfortunately 1 is the lowest. We've recommended several people to her in the past but will now do the opposite."
