"I have been a customer of this location since 1986. Never once had a problem until truist took over. Twice in three months they put my deposit in someone else's account and once put someone else's money in my account! They are a joke. Understaffed, ATM's always out of service etc. Worst bank ever. I just keep enough in the account for monthly bills. I don't trust them with any real amount of money."

"Worst bank in moundsville. Lady who helped me set up account was friendly but after that had multiple experiences with difficult and rude employees. Also Multiple hidden fees. Pretty much any other bank in town is better than this one. Have dealt with other bb&t locations and at least the staff is friendly. I have even called the 1-800 number and they were appalled y the service provided here. If you live here go to a local credit union instead! Horrible."
