"Waitress/bartender at the bar (older woman with red hair) was extremely rude and aggressive immediately upon entering, wouldn’t even let us look at the menu without harassing us and being aggressive about us ordering immediately. Extremely unpleasant experience and there’s plenty better in the airport"

"Martinis were excellent, food was very yummy! Service was great. Polite and efficient, even while a little busy. Prices are pretty good given its at an airport. Will definitely make this a frequent stop when flying out of Pittsburgh."

"This is the first bad review I’ve ever given about ANY business….but this calls for it. I have advised friends flying in to avoid Martini. The blonde girl who tends bar ( if you could call it that ) is rude beyond belief. I stopped in at this bar shortly before Christmas with my boyfriend. We were in great spirits and wanted to celebrate the start of his new job. We decided to have a couple of drinks while waiting for his flight. We politely ordered two beers from a young woman who appeared to be quite hostile. Regardless of her attitude, I gave a good tip and carried on happy conversation with my boyfriend. We sipped our beers while looking over the drink menu. We finally decided on a couple of Moscow Mules. After it taking FOREVER to get our bartender’s attention, our presence was finally acknowledged. I ( still in polite tone ) asked her for our two chosen drinks. I was completely taken aback by her snide response. She replied to my request by developing a sneering, cocky, sarcastic facial expression and announcing in a very nasty, junior-high-schoolish tone, that “she wasn’t going to serve me because I’d already been drinking.” What? I’d had one beer and was not under the influence of any medications. She then asked if I “wanted my tip back.” I made a comment about her behavior as we gathered our jackets to leave. She then ordered us to leave the bar. I thought it was pretty obvious that’s what we were doing. This woman has no business working a job that involves social interaction of any kind. Skip this place."

"Honestly this is the wirst bar experience I have ever had. After waiting for close to I0 minutes I ordered 2 old fashions, a draft beer and a lemon drop martini. Old fashions came back and tasted like pure sugar no alcohol. I then politely asked to have them made with less sugar. Greeted with a major attitude. Then a manager proceeded to give me two glasses back full of ice and almost no alcohol and said here. I then walked around the other side if the bar and said look I am not all all trying to be that person but this is just a shot of Woodford and a full cup if ice. I am then met with a major attitude. My son then comes over, ticked and shares a few words because the way they are treating there dad. Then the bar tender starts to threaten and then says you know what have a nice day. Well I will and I will never come back again. If you could leave a 1/4 star that is what I would leave. Totally horrible service!!!!"
