"Years ago I remember get endoscopy and was I felt so comfortable with Mlecko. I was a little drowsy but fine. I will be get another in december 2024 to check for Gilberts syndrome. The nurse diagnosed me made me feel at ease. Although no cure she believes its mild. Im glad nurse was able find a reason for me have symptoms."

"I've worked for doctors who have referred to Dr. Mlecko and he himself is amazing. Many of my family members LOVE him. Unfortunately, he joined UPMC and his scheduling system and scheduling team is TERRIBLE and extremely lazy. We have been calling to schedule a procedure for my fiance for a month. They say they will call back but DO NOT call back in a timely fashion. When you finally talk to someone, they want to tell you when a message was put into a system of when they tried to call back and left a message, trying to argue an attempt to speak with the patient had been made. They called back 1 time. We have called a ton of times trying to schedule. Their voicemail asks not to leave multiple messages. Unfortunately, your gunna have to leave a message everytime you call or your going to be forgotten about. Clearly they are there for a paycheck and don't care that people, like my fiance, are having serious medical issues/concerns. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed and unfortunately will have to recommend my fiance to another gastro so he can receive the proper care. Do better."
"Terrible doctor. You're essentially a customer, not a patient. He's a liar. It's always his way or the highway, he doesn't care about your opinion. Be warned, he'll make up fake appointments as a reason to discharge as a patient. He always saw people on Wednesdays only, yet him and his staffed lied saying I no showed to multiple Tuesday appointments. It's really weird how friendly his staff was with drug reps. You're a snake Mike"
"I have been getting colonoscopies at least once per year for many years. Went through other doctors (not great) until I started going to Dr. Mlecko. He is a great doctor and a very nice person as well. I highly recommend him."
