"I have been using a Kirby for over 40 years, my Mom had one too, that I still have from 1959 and still works. This is my 3rd Kirby, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. No other vacuum is guaranteed for life, vacuums, shampoos, buffs, and more. This is an investment that lasts a lifetime. I bought 2 and each daughter will inherite one. yes, they are heavy, but the clean is worth it."

"Never buy a kirby,kirby sweeper is heavy,you need to take it apart to just put vacuum hose on it and sometimes the belt will go on and sometimes it won't"

"These people are just trying to make a sale. I specifically asked if they had to run my credit because I was trying to buy a house and I can't have my credit run.. he told me it was soft pull and wouldn't effect me..well a few days later found out that was a lie. There was a hard pull on my credit and my score dropped.. tried resolving the issue, but refused to let me out of the contract. Stating I got paid already, and I'm not giving the money back. He had the option to let the finance company cancel the contract but refused..don't let this man or his so called son in your home, they'll do anything to make a sale, even lie."

"Do NOT sign anything with these people. They had me lie to a finance company that I made a $100 deposit when I did not do that. The boy told me I could use it for commercial use only to find out you can not. I sent the copy of the contract by mail signed and dated for cancelation but they're refusing to accept that. They will say and do anything to get you to sign but when you attempt to return it they wont answer the phone or call back. I dont even believe that the person who sold me this even used his real name. He claimed to be the owners son and signed the contract using the owners name but I do not believe that he really was the owners son. I work very hard for my money and they lied about it being a commercial use vacuum and I can find nothing in writing anywhere that it can be used commercially and now they're refusing to take it back"

"Much like the other review, they sold my 80 year old parents a $3,000 vacuum! Fortunately we canceled within 3 days, but I’m still trying to get their $100 & original vacuum back. It’s been 5 months & even a complaint to the BBB has not helped."
