"We rented the 30' Class C Motorhome for an 11 day trip. As anyone who has traveled with an RV should know, things can come up. Hopefully, you can take these things in stride Relatively minor things affected our trip, but overall, the experience was good. We only had working hot water on 1 day. The Black / Grey tanks would not drain fully. We bought a RhinoBlaster to help. We worked on this for more than 4 hours in sweltering heat. There seemed to be some sort of vacuum lock preventing proper drainage. The black tank only seemed to flow when the toilet was opened. The privacy curtain is junk and would not stay up. We hated the toilet. Too high. We bought a stool. The refrigerator door would swing open on corners. We bought WD-40 to lubricate the panel locks as they were dry and hard to open. We had to clean the AC filters as they were dirty. There is no SlideOut - so what you see is what you got. There is no outside awning. Be prepared to supply your own outside shade. The Sewer hookup is really low to the ground and affected the proper draining of the waste tanks. Wife took 1 shower ( cold ), and water overflowed from the Grey tank drain ( or possibly a bad seam ) all over the floor and down the steps. Washed dishes another time, and again, water flowed out from the wall behind the shower, under the fridge, over the floor and down the steps. The AC worked well but was very noisy. On the Positive Side: The Ford V10 ran well, and we averaged 9.4 mpg over about 1,500 miles. The ride was comfortable, although quite noisy between the AC and the engine running. We took along a mattress topper for a better sleep experience. Remember the song about 'nobody ever promised you a rose garden'? We are hearty people and up for an adventure... this certainly was that"
"Overall good experience here. The staff was very friendly. It took them a long time to get my RV even after my appointment time, but after that the process was easy. RV was clean and in good working condition. I would rent from them again."
"I have rented from Cruise America in the past. This particular Cruise America was by far the worst. The engine failed once we parked at our campsite, and while we were driving, the floor underneath our feet got so hot, that our feet were burning through our shoes! It was too late to turn around, as we wanted to get to our destination and enjoy our vacation. Also, the dishes they gave us were dirty and we wasted water having to clean them prior to using, as well as after, which meant that we had less water than we needed for the trip. Furthermore, the cabinet above the eating booth was dislodged and we could not use the upper bunk safely, due to the handle to get up there was attached to this cabinet, and we were scared it would completely come down. To make matters worse, they denied the dishes were dirty when we returned the vehicle and didn't address the dislodged cabinet as an issue, nor the engine burning up. I do not recommend this sketchy place, nor it's staff. Be warned."
"We had a great experience with this company! Picked up the rv and it was clean, had a full tank of gas, everything worked and it was very comfortable. The gentleman explained everything to us about it and marked the damages that were already on the outside of the rv. He was so polite and kind. We returned it in the same condition we received it in, and made sure we cleaned it and emptied the black and grey water. I would definitely rent from them again and probably will! Thanks for a good experience! Everything worked great for our 4 day excursion!"
"Just returned from a 6-days RV trip with rental from this location. Had a 5 stars experience, Zed(sorry if I spell your name wrong) was friendly and helpful. Not sure what other 1 star reviews about, but I would definitely recommend renting RV at here for its clean RV, and wonderful service."
