Reviews
"Know-it-all nurse who knows nothing about medicine. Patient transferred from NJ to Phila to supposedly get better care. NJ was SO MUCH BETTER. Gibbons building is filthy and not maintained. Staff DOES NOT LISTEN."
"Botched AVM dissection left me with chronic pain. Jefferson then left me high and dry with no resources to live life like this. Please for yourself keep looking."
"My child was born on October 21, 2018. The young nurse-midwife who attended us had a poor attitude and even removed the handrail that could have helped my wife exert more force during labor. She insisted on using her own methods, which unfortunately extended the labor by several hours. Young nurse-midwives should listen to the advice of more experienced ones rather than strictly following their own methods. Experience counts, and the senior midwives have more of it. Therefore, I give a five-star rating to the older nurse-midwife. However, the young nurse who worked the morning shift deserves a poor review for her attitude and service. but other doctors' services are very good, so I give it three stars ๏ผ"
"My father was taken from another hospital to Jefferson after a stroke, first in the ICU and then to a step down unit. I can not say enough good things about the nurses, doctors, and care coordinators we dealt with. Knowing he was being cared for by such a compassionate and competent staff gave us the peace of mind we needed during an extremely stressful time."
