"I've been seeing Dr Geck and her PA for over 3 years after I had my thyroid removed. Her office staff is very rude. You will wait on hold continuously if you call the office and if you finally get someone and complain about the long wait time. They put you on hold again as if your time is unimportant. I've had this experience for the last year and have tried dealing with these obnoxious staff in many different ways. Nothing seems to work. Rudeness in the culture with the front office. They would not do it if someone there was correcting this behavior. I don't believe I'm a hothead and have tolerated this rudeness for over a year. Being a retired nurse I know what good customer service should look like in Healthcare. You won't get it from this office staff. I've been meaning to look for another endocriendocrinologist but never got around to it. After a year of being treated this way I am finally moving on.I write this review to warn others of what to expect The doctors are OK but be aware they do not treat diabetes in this office."

"This office is so helpful. My Endocrinologist’s office closed their doors with no warning and I was running out of medicine. I called and I was able to be seen quickly (most of the offices I called could not get me in for many months!). The staff is friendly and the doctor really listened to me. So happy I found them!"

"I was extremely happy with the care I received from Dr. Boldo. I’ve followed Dr. Boldo to her new practice in Sarasota. I haven’t been able to get my records transferred to her new practice, however. I’m mystified why this has taking such a long time and so many phone calls. The forms requesting the transfer of records was completed months ago."

PA Ashley Akers was understanding, thorough, empathic, informative and educated me throughout my appt; i didn’t feel rushed and actually had tears because for once I wasn't gaslit and invalidated. Dr Aker’s and Dr Pietro are the top in their field but also have great bedside manner. Thank you for helping me feel reborn and your compassion and clinical expertise! "I had my thyroid removed due to cancer. After over a year and multiple specialists, I moved my health to this facility. I finally feel like I have direction with providers who have more experience with this condition. I left after my first appointment with tears of joy and hope. I am always able to get into contact with my provider, Ashley if I have questions or concerns. I am incredibly thankful for this facility."
