Cascade Auto Sales

"Asked questions twice on Facebook marketplace posts. Could not find a working phone number until I got there yesterday and called the number on the door. Whoever answered told me about a few vehicles that fit my five grand range and when I asked about a car on the lot I was told oh you can't afford that. lol. (I could spend a lot more on a car that's decent but I want a cheap four wheel drive) So as we are looking under a truck in the front the guy calls me back and says to leave because nobody's there and he doesn't wants us there. I guess a fully open lot at business hours is not a proper time to look at a veichcle. I live a hour away so I can't just run back real quick. Moving on, I have never seen so many patched together rust buckets in my entire life. It literally looked like they take totaled vehicles from the body shop and do anything cheap they can to fix them. I would not ever recommend them just on the fact I was told with a phone call to leave after telling the guy I live a hour away. Completely disgusted!"

"Would give zero stars if would let me. They pick up phone and hurry up and hang up. How are you supposed to talk about buying a vehicle from them when they ghost you."

"Bought a Chevy equinox and had an issue right off hand, they corrected it and we're the kindest people. There customer service was top notch and that means a lot!"

"Would give 0 stars if possible. They don’t inspect their cars before selling. Owned a truck for about 4 months and only drive it about 10 days total because if needed worked on. Frame was rotted. Leaf spring needed replaced. We called to tell them it needs fixed and you could tell they were mad because they were losing money on it. Maybe if they inspected it, fixed it, and then sold it. Not our fault they rushed to sell it. I wouldn’t buy another car here under any circumstances. Stay away from them."
