"Fidel was the nicest guy I've ever dealt with there....keep up the good work"
"Great boss..amazing place..the boss makes sure things are going as they need to be and the workers are great..good people..great place, definitely a suggestion to anyone. Good honest workers, I love this place. No doubt my favorite by far, a true "family" of a work place. God bless America."
"First time at this metal recycling yard and found it's not a bad scrap yard. As a former scalemaster & office administrator/cashier for another scrap yard I found some employees weren't so helpful or polite & I found there were a few employees who made up for any adruptness/rudeness that I got. Kind of got a little bit of the run around at first. I had multiple metals to scrap & didn't know their process. After my second trip thru the scales, which are backwards if you're from America, a supervisor came out & told me exactly where to go & who to see to get the correct pricing. He even told me names of who to see for each metal & said tell them he said to weigh all my metals at the same scale, since this was going to be my third trip around the yard. After I was done & ready to eat my hoagie on my dash board one employee saw me rinsing my hands off out by my truck. He knocked on the upstairs window and made a hand gesture of washing his hands. I honestly wasn't expecting anyone to help but this guy came down and refilled the soap dispenser so I could wash my hands. I was really grateful for the soap. Overall not a bad experience and now I know their process now so I will be back when I get more scrap! One thing that would be helpful in their yard would be signs pointing to the different metal sections. Such as P&S with an arrow pointing to the right around the back & across the train tracks, aluminum needs an arrow to direct you to the drive thru warehouse, shred pile arrow to the right, cashier up in the upper floor, etc.. other than directional signage, I found their prices were fair & I didn't feel like guys were trying to rip me off as a woman scrapper!"
"Friendly staff. They get you in and taken care of quickly, then get you on your way without a lot of waiting around. Plus paying in cash helps too."
"Friendly and nice Staff. Prices not compete with with other area businesses offering similar services. Day I went they were offer $105 a ton and got $190 a ton a few miles down the road."
