"I have been working at Personal Care at Evergreen in Washington PA now for over a year. I enjoy coming into the facility and interacting with the resident's and the employees. When I starting coming in the building, they welcomed me with open arms. The atmosphere in the facility is very comfortable and inviting. I see residents smiling and joking with the staff. All of the staff go above and beyond to help the residents. With the new additions made with in the the facility (new cabinets and countertops, a hydration station and new carpet) It really makes the residents feel at home."

"Working with Evergreen Personal Care home has been an amazing experience for the last five years. Nick Hall, the CEO, is responsive and cares for the well being of the residents and families. When you are an outside vendor you need constant communication and support to make sure the services are being continued so the residents get the maximum benefit. Nick has actually attended Plan of care meetings with staff and families to ensure they are updated and satisfied with the team approach to their loved one’s care. The open door policies that are put in place make it easy for our teams to work together He makes himself available no matter what time of day or night to guarantee that any issues or concerns that may arise are handled quickly and efficiently. "Ive been with Personal Care At Evergreen almost 11 years now I started out as an aide then eventually a medtech. The residents and co workers are wonderful here and the office people too . And I really love my job and what I do for the elderly! It’s a great place to send yours loved ones."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The CEO only cares about money. Allows residents to be abused. Pills stolen off cart. As long as that check comes in though everything gets swept under the rug. I'm speaking on the facility in Washington pa. There hasn't been a house keeper for 2 months now. The place is a mess. I was the cook and had to shower my grandfather who was a resident, clean the facility, and maintenance the facility. All while being told Nick the infamous CEO that he was doing me a favor paying me $20 an hour lol. I can make that flipping burgers at McDonalds. Point is the guys cheap from the food to the linen they use. Employees no call no show and that's fine also so if you like doing that and getting away with it this is the place for you! Literally the boss does not care. Nothing gets done about anything other than a little sweeping under the rug. I'm sorry I ever went back there. Terrible terrible place. The picture below is mild."
