"My first visit to Dr D’Eramo was in 2023 for Lyme w/ Bells Palsy that surfaced in the summer with continuing fatigue, aches, sleepless nights. it seemed as though the doctor was genuinely concerned during this visit. After a 1.5-hour appointment (~$450, out-of-pocket, no insurance accepted) I was sent on my way with scripts for GI mapping and many blood tests – so many blood tests that Quest had me break down my visits to 3x over several weeks so as not to drain me of all of my blood. My follow up appt with D’Eramo was scheduled for January 2024. The appointment was virtual, since more convenient travel-wise. For this appointment, the doctor was 15 minutes late. She told me she had a difficult time logging onto the meeting; She had usually relied on her staff to assist with virtual meetings and get them set up. Then she proceeded to tell me she had to let all of her staff go in December because she couldn’t afford them. She seemed frazzled. During this visit, my results were explained to me fairly thoroughly, and she outlined what she would do that included prescriptions to my pharmacy, a summary sent to me, and explanations of the numerous herbs, supplements and how to start them in order to get my health back on track. Dr. D’Eramo explained that if I had any questions after this, I could email her -as this would be the best method of communicating. Since this appointment, it has been very difficult to get any answers or follow up. I did finally receive a summary from her (in late March!!) but have had no prescriptions sent to the pharmacy/FullScripts or explanations of where to begin with the 30+ supplements suggested. My emails and phone calls go ignored. Though, she didn’t fail to bill me for my follow-up appointment,.…which also included the 15 minutes where she spent trying to get on the call. Very disappointing."

"My teenage daughter contracted Lyme in 2018 and it's been a snowball of health problems ever since. Our pediatrician, children's rheumatology, and children's pain clinic refused to test further for Lyme despite our pleas. My daughter was seen by Dr. D'Eramo in August. Dr. D spent about 2 hours with us to learn about all of my daughter symptoms, what treatments we've tried, etc. We walked out of that appointment with a potential diagnosis for one of her conditions and orders for bunch of tests, blood, fecal, and cortisol... extremely thorough! It took a few weeks for us to complete all of the tests and we had our follow-up after the results were in. We now have a game plan to treat my daughter, we aren't being told it's all in her head and to simply drink more water. I now know what paths to take with specialists to have my daughter properly cared for. I cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. D'Eramo for finally getting us on the right track, for treating the Lyme and strep, and most importantly for actually listening to her patients! The only change I'd make is insurance or lower rates as she is pretty expensive but worth every single penny!"
