"After seeing an ad from Trumbull Free Press newspaper on delivery of 20 yard ( $400) and 10 yard ( $200) of seasoned wood, I called and left a detailed voice-mail that I was interested in purchasing and left contact phone number. Never received call back. My mother in law called two days after ( 10/10) and talked to Christian about setting an order for delivery. Christian stated that where delievery would be made it is out of their business area, even though it is only 22 mins away from business location. After she explained that, Christian proceeded to tell her that it would an additional $100 on top of price for 10 yard which would bring it to 300, due to mileage. The ad does not state anything in regards to additional costs for service. Christian also stated that they only have one crew and will be calling by end of this week when on the way. It is now 10/17 and still no call to husbands phone or hers. Canceled order due to inconvenience of company not keeping to word. Do not place an add for OH, if you do not want business or make ad clear on what areas you are servicing for. Really thought the deal was great but due to how we were treated will not be seeking business with this company again. Especially seeing that our neighbor is looking for a company to cut down their dead trees and was going to suggest him to call this place."
