He always is patient, listens to any concerns I have and is very thorough. Friendly and kind. His staff is wonderful. They answer my emails on Follow my Health very quickly and all are great to work with. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Zernich and his staff!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! "Dr.Zernich's father was my pcp before he retired!!! Dr. Zernich I have been with him for many years... He is very professional and listens to ur problems and needs. He doesn't get frustrated if u are worried or just talking. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! THE STAFF IS PROFESIONAL AND REALLY NICE!!"

"My father passed away last week and has been a lifelong patient of Dr. Zernich. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because he did help my dad over the years, to the point they knew each other on a more personal level than an “average patient.” But, no one is special like they’d want you to think. The day after he passed, Dr. Zernichs office was contacted by my mother, as he had an appt the next day, to cancel it. So that office was well aware my dad was supposed to come in and who he was. Also, I heard the EMT confirm the death certificate with Dr. Zernich before they could even take him out of our house. (He said it was standard protocol to call the PCP once someone passes) Not sure if it was a huge miscommunication with Dr. Zernich and his office staff (my dad always had issues with how unprofessional they could be) or something else. We were at his funeral standing by his casket when the funeral director was forced to interrupt and inform us his Dr. had yet to send the death certificate, and he cannot be cremated without that in hand. We thought this was something that was already taken care of and didn’t need to worry about because we trusted in their office to do their job, being such a simple task and the notice they were given. When my mom called and spoke to one of his nurses she was extremely rude about the whole situation also. Mind you my mother had to step away from my fathers side to do this a few times throughout the evening. It finally did get sent, at the VERY last minute. The fact they were contacted multiple times and had from Monday-Thursday to simply sign a piece of paper and didn’t do so is unacceptable and disappointing to say the least. They are holding the process up for someone to be put to rest and find peace. He knew my father very well, and it’s sad the years spent helping him had to end on a note like this. Coming from someone who works in healthcare, you should have a little more compassion and urgency based off certain situations-such as death. His staff needs more training on how to work in a healthcare setting and I hope this unfortunate situation doesn’t happen to anyone else that is a patient there."

"Dr Zernich is an awesome doctor. He's been my doctor for over 10 years. He, himself, deserves a 10 star rating, however, his front office staff is horrible! I've had to have my appointment rescheduled several times this month alone. I just went to an appointment I had to make with Stacey Coyle. I was 4 minutes late for my appointment and they tried to tell me my appointment was at 1:30 I showed her the confirmation for 1:45. She then told me he doesn't accept any kind of late appointments. NOT EVERYBODY'S CLOCK IS THE SAME TIME! Get some better staff. When you call there they always ask you to hold sometimes longer than 10 minutes. WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF EVER!"

"Dr. Zernich has been my Doctor for over 10yrs. I have Several health problems and have had No Insurance in the past. I don't know how I would have gotten through it Without his willingness to work with me! He also spends All the Time I Need to go over Any questions or concerns I have about Anything!! Worth any wait and your going to wait Anywhere!!"
