"Called the branch to ask what the process was for an international money exchange - said I could call the corp office to place over the phone and then they provided the number. I made the call and the Corp office said that was not the case and I had to go in to the branch to make the purchase, so I proceeded to ask additional questions to make sure I was prepared. Got to the branch and what the Corp office had told me was also wrong. Extremely unknowledgeable staff and they wouldn’t even work with me to waive the $12 exchange fee for all the inconvenience."
"Unfortunately another bad experience at this bank today! Management was to blame for bad customer service! everyone can be sympathetic to new employees and even being short staffed. This was just a lack of "doing the right thing". Both, for the 5-6 customers behind me and the teller who was on her 3rd shift working for the bank. My teller needed the Manager to "sign off" on the new employee counting $10 000 + in cash. The new employee was unable to use the technology to have the money counted by the machine. The new teller spent about 10-12 minutes counting the money that was above her "allowed" limited only to have an error. As she was about to start counting again, I asked her to use the machine because the line behind me was 6 people deep. She told me she couldn't-she was not trained. I didn't have another 15 minutes to wait for this counting and fingers crossed - no error. I asked to get the manager and the manager did not come out...the teller then took all the money to the back office. (where I realized she was counting by hand again) After another 10+ minutes, I asked another teller to find my deposit. I still didn't see the manager but my deposit was given to another teller who then completed my deposit in the machine counter in about 2 1/2 minutes. Time spent in the bank was easily 35minutes. When I then left, 6 people in line behind me. I wanted to speak with a manager (the one who signed off on the deposit in the first place. She never came to speak with me) but the assistant manager came to speak with me. I told her This Bank can do better. The manager should have never put this weight on a teller who was only working her 3rd shift. The manager signed off on it and walked away instead of handing the deposit to a qualified teller or doing the deposit herself. Northwest- Do Better!"
"Love this bank and branch. Although it can be busy at times and there may be a little wait, it seems it is just because so many people bnk here. Every employee I have encountered here has been extremely knowledgeable about everything and over the top friendly. Could never see banking anyplace else."
"Horrible manger. Her name is Jessica. Would not recommend. They take money from people and get mad at customers for wanting it back. Doesn’t make any sense. I don’t use the bank anymore. Horrible illiterate manger. I’m glad to see the other reviews stating how horrible this branch is. A lot of people in there need to change positions. Or get on medication."
"I sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes yesterday. I was the second person who pulled up, I was there before they even switched to open. As the drive thru filled up with cars I ended up calling inside to see what was going on. Two tellers and a lobby full of customers as well as a drive thru full of customers. I get places are short staffed right now; but to leave customers sit like that when they have other places to be is unacceptable. Two tellers=one in the lobby, one at the drive thru..or close the drive thru down. You cannot allow that to happen, you will lose business. Will not be going to this location again."
