"Love Dunkin'! Make this run daily. Sad they charge more for the extra pump of syrup now. Not every store knows how to make sure you get a full pump of flavor with each pump. First pump is never full."

"I was waited on by, I think a dude, with long pink hair. He was friendly and helpful. I'm not sure that knowledgeable is the right word to describe counter staff at a donut shop, but well prepared to do his job, and possessed a confident, cheerful approach. The down side is that the place is filthy. Every table, the floors, the restrooms, everything. Not like sticky, hasn't been cleaned in a month type bad. But definitely a shift or two has gone by since takes were wiped down and floors swept. The really humorous bit is that the bathroom has a sign indicating that an outside service regularly does a "deep clean and sanitization". This may be true, but it is also possible that this outside service is the *only* cleaning that happens. For what it is worth, this doesn't seem to be uncommon in this area. It's certainly not the first fast food place in the Oakland area (sign says North Oakland runs on Dunkin') where cleanliness is not a priority."

"Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 8:00am. Service was prompt and friendly, coffee was perfect. Good selection of donuts, as well. The establishment was clean, inside and out. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you!!! **Only one suggestion: I really wish they had SOME parking available specifically for their customers. It's a city location, so their options are kinda limited. But just 4-5 spots would be great, and probably all they'd need at one time...."

"HAZARDOUS to customers and employees. Had to be at least 90 degrees in the cafe. I ordered 3 dozen of donuts and some coffee for catering and LOOK AT MY BOXES. could barely stand to be in there while the sweaty staff finished up my order. So hot that the glaze and frosting melted off my donuts. One older customer had to leave because she was lightheaded and felt faint during my short visit. Felt the same way carrying out my boxed coffee. I feel bad for the workers there. The coworkers at my event complained about the shriveled up donuts!!!!!"
