"had issues with my account being uses fraudulently. went in and dealt with Jill the assistant branch manager. she didn't know how to help me exactly and had to reach out to someone else to get their opinion. decided to close my old account but had to dispute the one fraudulent charge. got a letter in the mail about saying my dispute was denied. I reached out to Jill to inquire and all she said was that it was denied and I wouldn't be getting my money back. no explanation as to why it was denied or anything. that is absolutely terrible customer service!!! I will be closing my accounts after 20 years and will never recommend them to anyone."
