"The Car Wash had a technical problem at about 7:30 pm in the evening. I could not reach anyone so I left a note. Brad, from the Car Wash called me that Monday to apologize for the inconvenience and sent me two coupons for a free wash and two coupons for a $2.00 discount. Things happen but how they are responded to makes the difference and Brad proved that in my experience. He was the best. I love the Car Wash and have been and will continue to be a loyal customer! Thanks, Brad!"

"I went to yesterday to wash my car, paid my money got in the middle of prewash.The machine stop working, called got voice messages my car was soapy so went into next bay. Paid again, got my car wash....Called again today, trying to get reimbursed, left another message. Hope they make it right...We use them every week on two vehicles........ I had to come back and give 5 stars, The Morgan family made everything right with me, I got refunded my money plus vochers towards more car washes. Definitely a great place!"

"Don’t waste your money here, it’s really gone down hill. The “Turbo Dryer” has not been working right since before the summer. Only dries for about 25 seconds instead of the 60 seconds it’s supposed to. I would rather drive to cranberry then drive 5 minutes to this place."
