"Big shout out to Bill and his team over at pro power equipment for hooking me up with the brand new 2023 bobcat zt7000 72inch mower. I loved my exmark, but God almighty does this bobcat save some time mowing. Going from a 60in to 72in cut and coming from 10mph to 19mph is insanity as far as a change. The power difference is out of this world. Moving up from 31hp to 38.5hp efi kawasaki good lord! Bill was awesome at communicating with me from start to finish. I put an online inquiry in on Sunday night and Monday mid-morning. I had a phone call, and we started working a deal over the phone. He even made sure I had his personal cell number in case I had any questions after hours. Great team and an amazing product. They sell several brands, including ferris, Bobcat, masey Ferguson, Hustler, and plenty others. Seems like they have a huge selection of used equipment also. 10/10 for customer service and 10/10 on the product I bought. ***UPDATE*** Bill and his team did it again... decided I wanted something with suspension... made a phone call and boom... brought my new ferris isx3300 home!!!!"
"Drove 7 hours total for a mower that they claimed only had 330 hours on it, yet The rear of the mower deck brackets looked to be almost cracked off. Not sure what other damage there might have been, just wish I would have been told about such an issue. Beware"

At every step of the way, Bill Proud, who was the person I worked with most frequently, was responsive, professional, and (rarest of traits nowadays) kind. I know nothing about power equipment, yet he was able to effectively guide me to the correct solution for my tractor/mower. He also took his own personal time to answer questions for me, an absolute amateur. The result? A great piece of versatile equipment, a new owner, and a property which finally can be properly managed. Oh, and a FANTASTIC customer experience! THANKS guys!"
