"I bought my dress at K&B today and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with there, from my pre-appointment consultation call through my appointment was super friendly and warm. Kate, who I worked with while trying dresses, was great and a total bridal dress pro. She paid attention to both what I said I was looking for and also my reactions to all of the dresses, and used her observations to pull dresses that I may not have originally thought I’d like. Her approach worked because I found a dress that I loved, but may not have picked off the rack to try on my own. I fully expected to have to go to multiple bridal shops to find the dress, but thanks to Kate, I got it on the first try! I also loved that as a size 16, I was actually able to try on and get into every dress I was looking at. The size inclusivity was SO appreciated."

"Where do I begin. From the moment I called this shop until the moment I walked out, I felt seen and heard and most importantly I found my dress! The location is very cute and I found that you can make a day trip out of it, since it’s old town and has lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants. I was offered cupcakes, wine and coffee when I walked in, which blew my mind cause I haven’t really experienced much of that at the other shops. I didn’t know shops even still did that. Kate was who I spoke to and fortunately was there to help style me at my appointment. I had already gone to 5-6 shops in the months before and was almost going to give up on ever finding my dress. Kate was extremely kind and helpful and made the experience feel like the dress fittings in the TV shows. She had a new employee assisting her as well and they were both lovely! After going to all of the shops before I felt as though I knew exactly what I was looking for and Kate helped me find that and in the price range I was comfortable in. She personalized my experience and even played the Taylor Swift song I plan on walking down the aisle to. In the dress I chose. I am so excited about my dress and I know I made the right decision cause I’m counting down the days until I get to pick it up. They also offer a second appointment for bridesmaids to come back and see your big reveal once the dress is in. And I couldn’t be more excited. I wish I could give this place more than just 5 stars!"
