"Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I emailed customer service regarding DNA sperm fragmentation and they emailed back right away. They overnighted a kit and then the following day dry ice. They provided clear returning instructions and we had our results within 6 business days which is 1 day ahead of what they promised. Jean was our rep and she was extremely helpful, patient and kind."

"I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company's billing process. I was initially quoted $289 for a test, with a condition that this amount was only valid if payment was completed within 10 days of receiving the sample. I made a $75 deposit for the test and its delivery. When I tried to pay the remaining balance of $214 on their website five days later, I couldn’t proceed because the website was insecure due to an expired SSL certificate. I ended up paying over the phone, and the automated system confirmed my payment of $214 was completed and my balance was zero. However, five months later, I received a bill for an additional $364. Upon contacting them, they insisted that the $75 deposit was separate from the $289 and claimed I still owed money, contradicting their earlier statement that my balance was cleared. Their billing department is highly disorganized and unprofessional. Regrettably, I can only give them 1 star for this disappointing service, as zero stars is not an option. You might be a lucky customer and have a good experience but the odds are not in your favor. Use this company at your own risk!"

"I had to arrange bloodwork ordered by my physician. This company’s client service department was disorganized. They did not send me the kit by FedEx and failed to Schedule the appointment after being on the phone for over 30 minutes with me. I had to call back several times to get the matter cleared up. They took zero accountability. This caused me to have to cancel my appointment and delayed my testing results by weeks."

"I just read all 34 google reviews. After my own personal experience with their billing department, I can attest to the criminal business practice of this company. They sent me a bill for $120 this month for lab results that occurred on 2/3/2021 (almost 3 years ago). The billing rep claimed they sent me 3 bills back in 2021. No such bill was sent. The amount should have been covered by my insurance, but Reprosource would not get the appropriate authorization from my provider despite the bill stating "Test requsted by: ____ _____". Now Reprosource is saying that it's been too long to even get the appropriate authorization to cover the cost. I'll be reporting Reprosource to the Better Business Bureau."

"Total rip-off. I followed all the directions, and then they said they couldn't examine it because they received it late. They wanted another sample, and they were going to charge me ANOTHER $75.00. You had a 24 hour window, and you got it after 26 or 28 hours and couldn't use it? I shipped it immediately after collecting! This is YOUR fault. What gets me is they didn't even look at it, they just chucked it. They should at least perform the analysis and give it an asterisk saying it was outside the 24 hour window. That would at least be worth something, even if I had to do it again. What a total ripoff, and I would encourage anyone to think twice before using their services. If the shipment is delayed for whatever reason, they will blame you and charge another $75.00. Simply outrageous. That's almost a day's labor for a general laborer, think about that, ReproSource. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB as well."
