"These people are scam artists. UHC website quoted us $207 through BSC for an in home sleep study and they billed our insurance for a brain wave scan and sent us a bill for over $730. Now we have to file complaints with Michigan AG for arbitration. Funny part is a review from 5 years ago addtessing this same thing says thet're going to fix it"

"Waste of time and money!! I never fell asleep and left in the middle of the night. You can hear people walking and talking and they put me next to a room with some machine that cycled on and off every few minutes. The tubes they stuck in my nose were too tight and pinched my nose, so uncomfortable.I heard other patients arrive and I could hear them slamming the dresser drawers. Why wouldn't you have insulated walls IN A SLEEP CENTER so I could actually sleep? Miserable experience."

"I had my sleep study done here last week. Aside from not being able to bring in my own pillow and stuffed animal I had a great visit. Mary and the male tech (sorry I can't remember your name) were so sweet and helpful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt safe and well cared for. In the morning Ping was a blessing. She was so sweet and one of the nicest people I think I've ever met. I had a really great visit and I felt well cared for!"

"Very noisy. You can hear what is happening in the rooms adjacent to you. At 10:30 I could hear the staff talking and laughing. Anytime someone walked down the hallway, the whole room vibrated. This was my 3rd sleep study, and my worst experience. It is difficult enough to sleep with the wires attached everywhere. The noise and room tremors made it almost impossible. I will definitely be going back to the riverview lab in the future."
