"Thanks for the referral that was given as I needed an eye exam. However, I think the Doctor (and staff) needs some Customer Service training. I wasn't never given the Doctors name (only that she will be in) nor did the Doctor introduce herself. I felt very rushed, no compassion or concerns. The exam (with the Doctor) wasn't very thorough as I have had before (else where). Only if the Customer Service gets better, I will refer others. Now as for the Eye Mart Service, they gets 5 stars for their professionalism and the speed of service."

I was even able to get my appt on yesterday and didn't have to wait til May excellence and every one was nice and punctual, even though they were busy yesterday they remained customer service friendly and every one had a smile. "The wait to be seen was short and the testing was quick and efficient (even that pressure test that blows air in your eye). Everyone here is very nice and Dr. Anselme is just great. I've been coming here for my prescriptions for 5 years and she does a very thorough job. I highly recommend."
