"Dr. Barbati became my doc after I was admitted for problems through the ER. I met him a total of 5 minutes, he was lovely. His office is a full on dumpster fire. You cannot access anyone on the phone (I only managed it once a few days after discharge With some questions about my diagnoses and she was a real unhelpful ray of sunshine) but he's also not available on UPMC or AHN portals. When you need refills you cannot call for them, your pharmacy must send a request. Which mine did.... twice over the past week. They haven't heard back and now I have no stomach meds. I can only hope the UPMC doc I have an apt with today is slightly better, but you cannot be a doc in 2024 and have 0 accessibility"
