"I highly recommend Roof Right. I found them in the green book on recommended roofing companies. Their team is very skilled and did excellent workmanship on my house with a fairly complex roof. They have a team member who inspects the work afterward (spent a couple hours inspecting and ensuring that everything was done properly). This person even added some additional touches to the siding where there was a gap the allowed rain to run inside by vinyl siding--an item that had nothing to do with the job. I appreciated that the salespeople did not use high pressure tactics and honestly advised on what work truly was need. I sought five quotes before I made the decision to use Roof Right. The pricing was mid range but I trusted this organization more and knew that some quotes offered lower quality technicians. (Note this company actually shares a brochure naming each worker and showing their photos. They desire to create a good working relationship.) The only reason I give four stars instead of five is due to some confusion when I added extra work--I chose to upgrade the work from replacing a couple sections of gutters to replacing all of them. When I signed the quote for the added work, I didn't notice that the discount applied was not the same as the original discount. They treated me as a "return customer" which offered a much smaller discount. While they were legally in the right (I signed the quote without looking closely at the discount), when the balance on the invoice was due, I inquired about the discount and received no reply. I would have appreciated a phone call or some type of answer even if they were unmoved in their decision to not apply the original discount."
