"I am WAY overdue in writing this review. I’ve been asked by family and friends to get my hearing checked for about a decade and now, after visiting Hearing Associates, I wonder why I waited so long! When I walked in, everyone (and I mean all doctors, etc.) were in the front with welcome smiles and outgoing attitudes. They instantly made me feel comfortable and not an interruption or a “patient.” Dr. Crovato is the real deal. She never rushed and always seemed genuinely interested when inquiring about why I was there. She was incredibly sincere and extremely patient when I asked the same question over and over again. I can’t say enough about this practice. If you’re worried about it being cold or putting it off because it’ll be uncomfortable, don’t! It was such a great experience - they manage to take something serious like hearing loss with a side of humor and heart."
