"Doctors are pretty good. Otherwise, enjoy getting ignored and never being able to get in touch with the office. Their antiquated website/portal makes it very difficult to communicate with them. If you call, you will assuredly be connected to their central agency which just takes messages and passes them along. I have lost count of how many times I've tried to call or message this office and received no response. There's no accountability. I've gone weeks and months without prescriptions because they do not answer back."

"As soon as I'm able to switch my PCP I'm switching. I don't think they have actual doctors here, they only have residents. Their phone system is awful. You have to pretend like you need a controlled substance to talk to a human. If you call during lunch it just hangs up on you. They never answer the phone or call back messages. The nurses act like you are bothering them when you actually do get ahold of someone. Pray you don't need medication refills. The pharmacy calls to get approval for something as simple as high blood pressure medication and they reject it. Then you have to wait 5 days for someone to maybe call you back. I don't think they see patients as anything but cattle filtering in that they have to deal with."
