"Zero stars for me. Took my Santa Fe into the service department September 27, 2023 for a blown motor, they kept my car for 315 days, yes, 315 DAYS, and then called me to tell me they couldn't get the check engine light to turn off and they were done trying and now it's my problem to deal with it. They refused to fix the check engine light issue and I couldn't drive the car since the inspection ran out while they had it and it won't pass emissions with the light on, I ended up trading it in and getting about 60% of it's value (due to the check engine light issue). Their communication was non-existent when I called, always sent to voice mail with no reply back. Never again for me, in fact I'm done with Hyundai vehicles, only Honda or Toyota from here on out. I felt the Power of Bowser and trust me, you want nothing to do it."

"I visited the dealership to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. The car was stunning and in perfect condition, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. The salesperson, though new, was doing a good job. I managed to negotiate a $1,000 discount, which I was pleased with, so I decided to proceed with the purchase. They took my bank check for the loan to the back, where a finance person named Jason handled it. After about an hour, we returned to find that Jason had filled out the check incorrectly, ignoring the maximum amount specified. He attempted to push his own financing option. By then, it was 9:30 PM and we had arrived at 7:00 PM. Jason was now rushing to resolve the issue, and we agreed that they would meet us at our home the next day. The following day, we received a new check and called Jason to set up a meeting time. We suggested a time, but they insisted on noon, which didn’t work for us due to work commitments. After some back and forth, they agreed to send e-documents for signing, but these documents were also incorrect. They then promised to send a driver with new documents by 5:00 PM, but the driver didn’t arrive until 6:30 PM. By this point, I was very frustrated with the lack of organization and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. ---"
