"Attempted to purchase a vehicle. Got bounced around to different folks over the course of three days. Dylan the salesperson was completely apathetic. Denise the customer service representative was disorganized. I tried to get a hold of the general sales manager and was ignored. Come to find out after I started the finance process and submitted the paperwork they sold the car right out beneath me. This was after I spoke with Dylan who said it was still available. If you are going to proceed with a purchase from here don't get stuck with Dylan or Denise. After reading similar reviews it seems like this is not the first time something like this has happened. There is a clear lack of communication among employees and complete disrespect and apathetic attitude toward the prospective buyer. Most importantly, and severely lacking, is the integrity of the sales staff and management. Any kind of character and professionalism seems to be absent among the sales "team.""

"Purchasing from Bowser in Chippewa proved to be a positive experience. The sales associate, Vaughn, offer no high pressure sales tactics but was enthusiastic to answer questions and accommodate needs. The GM, Chance also proved to be refreshing. After stating how I despise the “game” of auto sales , he was quick to show me numbers he needed and I expressed where my numbers needed to be . We both came to terms quickly and finished a deal. More dealers could learn from these 2 gentleman. The transparency was refreshing. Will definitely do business with them again"
