"I’d give more stars if I could. Mark Gabriel and his staff are absolutely amazing!!!! I’m a young woman (used to being ripped off) and usually anxious about coming to get my car worked on alone. This AAMCO is very honest and professional. They saw me last minute and treated me like a knowledgeable customer (even though I know nothing about cars!!) My only regret is not coming with more cash for gratuity!"

"It seems that I have had a similar experience as many others leaving reviews here - Mark and the others here at this shop are incredible. I was travelling cross-country and started having transmission issues. After talking with Mark on the phone for quite some time from a rest stop - I made the 30-minute trip to this shop expecting the worst - to drop off my van and have a new transmission installed. On the phone, Mark explained exactly what he thought was happening, what to expect on the drive, and what do to if I only made it part-way to the shop. Once I arrived, they investigated the issue, drove the van, and came back saying that while the van probably will need a transmission soon - it doesn't require one right now. The problem was actually another issue disguising itself as a transmission problem. They could have easily sold me on an unnecessary transmission - but instead, fixed the other problems, and I was on my way within 3 hours. This is NOT the normal experience at many shops, unfortunately... These guys were great. The worst part of all of this is that I live 8 hours+ from this shop. I would recommend Mark and this crew to anyone if you're looking for honest and quick work."
