"This company has been amazing! My husband iften orders his oxygen late or forgets and calls the morning of delivery and they always manage to get it on the truck. Let me say our delivery driver Robert is the best! Hes very kind and always remembers all the extras such as hoses and canulas, extra keys to turn the tanks on and off. When holidays were coming up he made sure we would have enough to get us through til the next delivery and if there is ever problem or question we know we can call and get help 24 hrs a day."

"My cpap machine has been at their location since before 8/2/2023 and they have yet to call me to set up a day for me to pick it up. I have had 4 conversations with them over the last 4 weeks and all but 1 time they have been short with me(not very nice) and have not apologized for the long wait. They already have my nearly $400 though. This been a 2 month process since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Wishing I would have used a different supplier."

"Bring you in and give you an agreement for equipment and sign you up....then the price doubles after a few months with no recourse. Billing office is in another state and there is no help from the office that you went to. Find someone else for your Health Care Solution because these people are not it! Interesting return comment / statement...obviously did not review my file...for I called your office and spent 6 months arguing my case with people that did not have any solutions except to send me late fees and collection notices."

"Overpayed a bill and took 8 months and still have not received a refund. Customer service is terrible on the phone. They employees will lie to you and say they put in a request and never actually do it. They did not actually care about me as a customer and made the refund process as long and difficult as possible. Look elsewhere if you don't want to have to sit on the phone with customer service for hours."
