"the receptionist was very rude to me. when i called, i did not get a greeting. all she said was “hello?” i was puzzled. then, when i asked if this was dr levingstons office, she said “um yeah i’m here”. not a good way to greet someone making an appointment. the doctor and his wife are very nice though, have been seeing him for years!"

"I called to get my son (7 years old) a second opinion appointment & got him scheduled.. I have 2 other kids at home and my daughter (5 years old) tested positive 2 days before the appointment so I called to let them know that we were all in quarantine and wouldn’t be able to make the appointment-that I would need to reschedule…. The receptionist (she said her name was ‘VAL’) was VERY RUDE!!! I asked about Saturday appointments because of school and she went on a rant about people not showing up for their appointments and how they open up these slots and people don’t show.. she said “well your saying if I open up Christmas Eve you will show up?” I asked when did I say that?? That all I wanted was to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t want to bring my sick kids in!!! She was very rude and not friendly at all!! If she is that miserable at her job maybe she should look for another one-one where she doesn’t have to talk to the public. This doesn’t make me feel good being a new patient and bringing my 7 year old son into that office. Guess we’ll see how the appointment goes!!!"
