She's quick to respond via portal, has helped with other referrals, and she looks at my whole medical history, not just my thyroid. "LiveNew is difficult to get into, but worth the wait. (Be sure to get a referral & get all your paperwork in before trying to get an appointment!) Once you finally get an appointment, the practice is very nice, with a great lobby & clean restrooms! (One downside was no wifi, but oh well, ha!) Everyone was really nice & helpful. Dr Sharmini Long is wonderful! She listened, asked great questions, and even did an ultrasound that same day!! (HERSELF!) How's THAT for efficient?!! Unheard of! I'm REALLY glad I persisted until I got into LiveNew & that I have Dr Long as a part of my team. I feel lucky to be a patient there!"
