"Pros: our room was clean, nothing was broken, parking was free, and it was easy to come and go. Cons: we were charged a hotel resort fee and this hotel and most of the resort closed! We were there on a Thursday and most of the restaurants and games were closed until Friday night. The gym looked miserable. It was just a dead hotel."
"They gave us the wrong hotel room. We booked a premium king, and were given a basic double room and told they didn’t have our room type, our room was far down two hallways. Waited in a long line for 20 minutes for our elevator before being ushered by security into a side room to go up a service elevator into a supply closet on our floor. Our room had gusher wrappers in the night stand drawer. Do not stay here. Run away. Go anywhere else. You will be dissatisfied."
"I booked a Deluxe King Suite WEEKS AGO! I check in and I’m given 2 doubles! I call to the front desk, was told to come back down and they will fix it. I go all the way back down to check in (with all my luggage) just for the manager to tell me they gave my Suite away and “I get what I get!!” The couple inquiring about a room next to me was given an option of double beds or a king!!! Manager refused to adjust the price or upgrade me. Check in is at 3pm….I checked in at 3:30pm!! Check in area was SO HOT, that I was sweating profusely and my Apple Watch alerted me to a High Heart Rate Warning…..I was only standing in line and I have a pre-existing heart condition!!! I’m So upset!!!! This is my FIRST AND LAST TIME staying at Circus Circus!! I would have had better service at Best Western!!!"
"So much improvement is needed! This felt more like a motel stay, when my husband checked in they told him he was staying in a Luxury room!? Most definitely NOT. Two towels were wet when we arrived , I pulled the sheets off from beds because I check for bed bugs, there was some crumbs from whoever stayed the night before. The bathroom had so many stains from no proper cleaning. Other than that I only came here to sleep had my family and I be out most of the time. The power was out and unable to shower or flush when we would come back to the room. I like gambling here but so much improvement is NEEDED. Especially the bed sheets, why is it the quality of a 99 cent store? Also the “AC” is terrible!!!!! I would leave it on while we slept and it was hardly felt in our small room."
"It's okay, it's a nice hotel, the rooms are nice. However, book directly with the hotel as you'll get a better price with them than you will a third party. Also, their casino, is only made up of electronic slot machines. All of their live action tables are closed, and you have to go to one of the other resorts next door if you want to play cards or dice. These are all owned by Caesars, and be aware, that all of the minimums on their table are $25 so if you're looking for a cheaper buy-in, you're going to have to get off the Row."
