"I have to say i've never been treated so rudely and nasty in my life . I walked into Citi Trends apparently 10 minutes before closing unaware of it. I walked in and was told as soon as I walked in a very harshly and rudely manner, that we are closing in 2 minutes. But when I asked if she spoke to all her customers that way she told me to get out of her store. I left and as I was walking out she looked at me and I said look at you in defense being nasty and look at me not being nasty. I held myself up with class like I was raised right. I do believe she was a manager and she was an older african american woman with boy short blonde hair. I've been a manager for 22 years and I have never spoke to a customer that Way. You will not keep business with this woman working for you. I can promise you this and I will never buy from your store again and she also, said that I was in there too much. And if corporate is reading this. Just because you can't get people to work. Don't mean you need to keep Rude and unprofessional people . You are running your customers off."

"Their costumer service was horrible . The older lady does not have hospitality I walked in with two bags from Walmart and my backpack .I asked if they take bags this was today the older lady said put them on the counter it near the entrance and exit . So I told her since it was so close to the entrance if they were going to be responsible for my items if the got stolen or if some one miss took it for their own. She said ain't nobody going to want that with a attituded .She acted like people have never gone in there to steal. I have worked in a clothing store before and our policy is to take customers bag place a number and give them a tag with the same number just in case any one else had the same bag. So this way we wouldn't give the wrong bag to the another customer .This is our policy to prevent theft and to prevent some one from getting the wrong bags. I was getting ready to spend about 200 for my son .If they keep up with attitudes like this the store will not survive."

"Large chain of inexpensive urban fast fashion. This location is always clean and tidy and the ladies that work there are friendly. I can always find something there that is on trend. And they aggressively mark down clearance products. Would recommend."
