"It's fantastic knowing I can't never get lost thanks to Google"
"Condescending attitude is the norm when dealing with the higher ranking officials of this organization. And they don't want to do their jobs at all that should be no surprise cuz it's the new Norm"
"At the moment I have to go with 1 star, 0 would have been my choice. 1. Why does your voicemail say "if you need to speak with someone immediately press zero" when there is no immediately involved. What you get is ANOTHER voicemail that cut you off and disconnected message say someone will call you back within 24 hours. Please change your voicemail to reflect there is nothing immediately going to happen. My son is required to obtain services through recovery resources. He had a 10am phone appointment. He broke his phone and had to get a new number. Before 10am he began calling. VOICEMAIL AFTER VOICEMAIL AFTER VOICEMAIL. by the time he actually got a person his time had passed so he had to reschedule. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS??? If you can not adequately staff, then you can't adequately service clients. You should be embarrassed"
"Went here for help! Begging for help. They said they ordered a shot of medicine for me, and I was supposed to get it the following Friday. Not only did they lie, but the only medicine they were gonna prescribe me was a drug that makes me sick. They don't care about there patients. And Angela Smith is a horrible doctor. If you can find somewhere else, you should. Cuz I've been going through metro for 6 months and still need help and still have the same problems as when I started there. They led me to believe that they were gonna help me and when I showed up the day I was supposed to get my medicine, they not only didn't give it to me, but failed to order it. There license to practice medicine should be revoked and there government funding should be stopped immediately! What a horrible place!"
"Intake is the problem, if you keep trying, eventually you'll get in and then it's not bad at all for Med Management. What you do (from what I remember..) is show up at the main location when they open for an 'assessment'. Once the assessment is done, keep calling until they finally get you in the system to set up an appointment with the type of medical professional you're seeking. DO NOT expect them to respond to phone calls or, if they even listen to messages, do anything about them. Be persistent with the calls, showing up in person (will be faster than calling) and, eventually, you will see a professional for help. The workers at the early stages (assessment/intake) are unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent but once past that, and it will take SOME time, the medical office is a solid service for people with little to no means for better care."
