"My husband had appt for elevated PSA and was referred to Dr. Dulabon. She was professional, explained everything. 5 stars"
"Dr Dulabon is an excellent urologist. She has been kind, caring and concerned about my medical problem, and in fact has called me a few times herself which is pretty rare these days. She explains things very well, and keeps me informed on everything involving my care. She's very nice to talk to and down to earth. When I needed an infectious disease specialist for a very serious issue, and we could not find a competent one in Erie, (UPMC I. D. refused to even see or talk to me at all and St Vincent I.D. was completely useless), Dr Dulabon got me into a competent infectious disease specialist out of town who is well trained and is familiar with my medical issue and how to treat it. Thanks to Dr Dulabon!"
"Terrible bedside manners, vets very snotty when being asked questions (isnt it her job to explain things?). I had 3 doctors recommend seeing a urologist due to issues A,B, and C so I had my first appointment with her scheduled a couple months out, day of appointment was told she couldn't see any previous records so first appointment was a waste and not once did she ask the problems I was experiencing. Did a urinary ultrasound got previous catscans on disc's and took them to office a week prior to next appointment, got to appointment and was essentially told drink more water and void regularly, refused to answer any questions i asked to gain insight as to why I'm experiencing these symptoms and help me figure out why, was told unless symptom B is happening I'm fine but that symptom is happening if you'd listen to me, was talked over and gaslit by her into not taking my symptoms seriously, should it take 30 minutes and lots of pushing to empty my bladder? (just one example of multiple symptoms) Apparently she doesn't care that's normal, drink more water, take a supplement. Apparently 3 other doctors being concerned with my symptoms (after actually listening to what they were of course) isn't an issue for her . Apparently getting double kidney infections is not of concern and having a history of renal issues. I work in the medical field and am very disappointed with how I was treated, you're supposed to have a client patient relationship and she obviously doesn't care to do that, she clearly stated "I've known you for a month I don't know anything about you " well if you read all my records and asked symptoms instead of talking over me and interrupting me maybe you would know me and how to help me, but you obviously don't care to. She obviously doesn't get answers for a lot of patients due to how defensive she gets when simply asked what the next step is because these symptoms are still happening regardless of a supplement, drinking water and urinating regularly , apparently you can't ask questions. I've had to go to Pittsburgh for every issue and have a list of health issues that could be causing this even but unfortunately doctors such as her don't actually care to get to the root of the issue unless there's a fast answer and fix, losing faith in erie doctors actually wanting to help patients."
"My husband requested that students not be allowed access to practice or perform examinations on him while under anesthesia. She declined the request and said she was there to teach and her students would have access to him to do what they needed to practice. She was incredibly rude about the request. We did not move forward with the surgery. Any doctor that would be so rude and flippant with a patient’s direct wishes and non-consent should not be trusted…maybe not even allowed to practice. Do better Dulabon."
