"Thank you to all the staff for taking care of this family every time we come in. Well let me tell you something about this place. There are seriously some awesome people that work here. I have been going here for a few years now and they have been there for me through some seriously hard times. I only had a flip phone a few years ago and I wasnt sure if I should even drive that far for an appointment. I have to say, I live in Canton Ohio and they are more than worth the driveMy son kept breaking his glasses. He has Autism and doesnt know how to take care of things well. They helped me through it. "Dr Kail and his staff are extremely competent, efficient, kind, and friendly. My husband and I have been going to him for 20 plus years. He has taken careful care of our eyes through the years, post successful lensectomies, and through my husband's diabetes.
