Reviews
"They keep lowering their pay rates and increasing the amount of plasma they take. If your selling a bottle of plasma for $2300 why are we the donors only getting $55. Seems a bit unfair and greedy. After they dropped the donation price I decided it was no longer worth the trouble for me even if I needed the money. I'm glad I stopped donating to tell you the truth because it also takes a toll on your body."
"The staff were overall really nice, and informative about the details of being a first time donor. Everything was fine until shift change, left in a lot of pain in my left arm. Once I took off my bandage several hours later I found out why....I probably won't donate again."
"It used to be easy to donate here. You could walk in whenever you want and get right in. Now you have to make an appointment which is annoying. I donate plasma when I have the time to do it. My schedule isn’t the same every day so making an appointment is difficult for me. Thank you for making me wait 20 minutes for my appointment time in an empty waiting room. Change things back to how they were. Also, if you are going to lower the pay you should let us know instead of us finding out when we get paid. I agree with one of the other reviews.. there should never be one screener. Y’all are pushing appointments but can’t keep the times we schedule. Half of the screeners are rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. One employee wears an I hate people pin. Employees constantly talking bad about upper management as well."
"When you actually get back to your seat the workers aren’t bad though they do treat you almost as an imposition, but more so they treat you as simply an object. I’m sure they get their share of untoward individuals, but the disregard feels inhuman. There should be two screeners during the busy time. Even with the new appointment system, which I don’t think anyone customers or employees like, it takes sometimes up to thirty minutes past your appointment time to get booked in, which wouldn’t be an issue if there were two employees present or if the screeners worked more efficiently. The back employees are far more efficient. Some of the employees, I think do a wonderful job but there’s always a stinker or several in this case."
"This was my first time donating at a Grifols location. I’m not going to lie I was a little hesitant going to this location because of the poor reviews. I was in and out in 2.5 hours as a brand new patient. The first visit takes longer because you need to get a physical. Everybody at this location was great. I will be booking my appointments on the slower days as I do not wish to be there very long. If you don’t want to wait very long ask the staff when the best days to come are and what time."
