"This company was great when my father started services with them back in 2009. The company changed a few times with workers and management. Up on all the changes came unprofessional and not caring at all. I was working for Trpil for 7 years to take care of my father. They never returned phone calls and caused lots of issues with my dad. They treated me and my dad like a number didn't care to even check up on things or see if heeded anything. I had to go to mandatory training every year they made us pay 50 for cheap Walmart water and bring out own lunch to a all day training event. It only cost 5.00 for pizza come on once a year and they couldn't provide free water or coffee. The head supervisor John Moore is a disgrace to that company. I applied for another position a few years down the line to work independently they said I was not rehire-able. I asked why he said because I didn't give a two weeks notice. How could I have done that if my dad quit on the spot for the terrible service they had. I think this company is out for profit. period! My dad had many questions about things and they refused to give him answers. it's wrong. I stay away from this place/. The state needs to come in and do an overhaul of this place and watch them. The office people needs to be out of there and some new ones should be brought in. They're too comfy with their positions and don't care."
"I was a contractor for the home modification program they offer. They do a terrible job of planning for the needs of disabled people. When their participants become dissatisfied with the empty promises they make, it is the contractor who is left staring them in the face. They cheated me out of tens of thousands of dollars in work it was completed. They are a disgrace to nonprofit organizations. I am ashamed to have ever worked for such a den of snakes."
"All employees are different some dedicate their life to their jobs. My gram and I have both recently been employed by them and have had to have training as well as background checks and three t.b. And hiv screenings. Sorry your experience was so horrific but it was the person that was working there not the company or the other employees that are at fault here. I work very hard to earn money taking care of other people's loved ones. I dedicate myself to my job and my reputation upholds exactly that. I hope you are able to figure out a way to correct the wrongs your family has been put through and I hope that your able to find better employees or better companies."
"Tripil Services is not an organization you want sending a caregiver to anyone you know love or hate !! The employee they employ to care for my family member has been using my grandmother's debit card as her own, spending food stamps to stock her own home. While my gram has no food money and all her bills are unpaid ! Plus the lady has 2 felony drug cases on her record. She was on house arrest and was still employed by this company whilst on house arrest! Background clearances are to be requested every year on behalf of each individual in this field. TB testing and Hepatitus screening is also not being enforced ! Random drug screens or random consumer visits to check the elderly client are Obviously not being done. Don't believe this story wake up and stay tuned to the investigation that is currently under way! This is not hear say slander or fallacies , if anything I've given the edited version. State funded agencies are required to follow strict guidelines in order to receive state funding. Obviously someone is fabricating paperwork and covering up much more than just this one example. We will all be elderly so treat each individual as you would hope to be treated by preventing such horrifically immoral fraudulent devastating events from occurring at the hands of another Tripil employee that has been below the laws and regulations!"
