"I placed an order for siding because they didn't have what I needed in stock. I also had to order a whole box when I only needed 8 pcs. I was told 2 weeks for delivery. Within a day of placing the order I found a comparable siding in stock elsewhere and asked for this order to be cancelled. They refused, even though nothing had been made or delivered. Just citing policy and not satisfying the customer is no way to run a business."
