The only thing I wish is the staff didn't hoover so much!! I appreciate when they bring be directly to what I need and answer my questions, but why do they stand there while I pick stuff out? I feel like I have to discuss with them why I'm choosing this product over something else... Also, I know for a fact I would have purchased more products, but I want to make decisions without someone hovering over me...just my opinion."
"True Value does not have a search option to check prices or inventory of item's that they sell. With the search option, it saves customers on fuel usage and time spent traveling to look for a specific item and the nuisance of an employee asking "Is there's anything I can help you with or find". At least a photo inventory would be suffice. But, you can find "hard to find" items here on occasion."
