Lake Compounce Amusement & Water Park 185 Enterprise Drive, Bristol, CT 06010

"I loved the Park. The oldest amusement park in CT still holds a special place in my heart. The rides are great and the park is clean and well kept. Highly recommended. My biggest complaint is the parking. $30 for parking with no options for somewhere less expensive. That's right, $30. I was disappointed because it would have been a 5 ⭐ review if it wasn't such a high parking fee. Also the wait to enter the parking lot was half an hour which was a bummer."

"Just visited and would consider a season pass next year. Great little amusement/water park. Not big by any means but we liked that, keeps the huge crowds away. Average wait time for rides was 5 minutes. Everything was open minus the lake. We were impressed with the cleanliness and food options near entrance. The iced coffee was a nice cold brew and the donuts were amazing. Perfect for our kids ages 9 & 11. Our tickets were also 50% off with end of summer sale"

"Just came back from there today. Its a nice place.We traveled 2hrs to get there from where we live.We found a Groupon for about 30 bucks ,Which was a great savings from the usual 60 bucks or so.We were not super impressed with the amusement park side of the park.The water park side was really nice and had a lot to do. Just a few things to note when going. Hard coolers are not allowed. You are able to bring tote bags with drinks and snacks. We just left our cooler in the car and went out to the car yo have lunch. The water park closes at about 6pm.,But the park itself stays open later. If we went again I would spend more time in the water park section."

"I had a great time at Lake Compounce on the forth of July, it was my first time there, I thought it would be crowded but somewhat it wasn't. They have a lot of space and chairs available on the water play area, so much options to eat, just not vegan friendly, other than that we had a great time with our kids. Highly recommend this place for families to have fun."

"Decided to come visit for the first time with my family, and I was greatly disappointed. 95% of the rides were either closed or going through maintenance. We showed up at 10 am and left at noon. We were only able to go on 2 rides and stay in the pool for a while. We paid for unlimited soda cups, and the soda machines were either not working or had no soda. Paid for 4 tickets, parking and soda all for 2 hours. I'm left greatly disappointed. Attached are pictures to prove all rides were closed or under maintenance. We waited in line for the Phobia Coaster, and after 30 min, we were told the ride was closed. All the kiddie pools were closed. Even the lazy river. I feel like I just flushed my money down the drain."
