"I just want to enlighten everybody about Dan the owner of this company. He is a notorious online scammer known for taking peoples money and not sending product. He recently stole a couple hundred dollars from my son on a purchase that was made and did not follow through with sending the product. I just want everybody to know, Dan is a worthless human being that steals from hard-working individuals and children. I only gave one star because they won't let you give ZERO. Dan, you are an absolute loser and I wish I could post all the screenshots of the way you treat people"

"This is an update to my previous review of this company. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. They did satisfy my complaint, which was that I needed certain paperwork from them for my insurance company and I wanted a copy of the warranty. However, my repeated requests over the course of a month were met with unkept promises. They only provided what I needed after I gave them a bad review. This makes me think they did it to prevent bad publicity, not out of concern for customer service. Also, in case the company comes up with a response to this review and says they did not know there was an issue, I am stating here that I made it very clear repeatedly for a month that there was an issue. I will never understand why a company would put a customer through this frustration over something that was resolved so easily."
