"Don't work for United Rentals or allow your spouse to work for them. They do not do any due diligence during their HR onboarding process and then when something happens, you can't even get ahold of anyone and not a single soul will even bother responding to your questions and requests. What they're doing is unbelievably negligent and pretty illegal. Accountability needs to happen and apparently I will be forced to be the person who holds them accountable despite my year long attempt at being reasonable and provide every legal documentation necessary to even get information."
