"I had the absolute displeasure of speaking with the owner, Cindy, over the phone. We had ordered a 21" case on Amazon but we received a 26" case in the mail. We noticed it was the wrong size when we took it out of the box and put it on the hardwood floor. We called and were told to send it back and we would receive the correct case. Two days later, we received half of our payment. When I called to see what the deal was, Cindy was very rude, dismissive, and an all around horrible person to deal with. She said the case they received was "deplorable", as it was "used" and had "cat hair on it when people are deathly allergic to cat hair". She stated "mistakes happen" but couldn't fathom the case getting cat hair on it when it was out of the box for the five minutes it was. We are currently dealing with Amazon to get this taken care of. According to other reviews on their Amazon Seller Page as well as BBB, this is their MO and we are not the first customers to have to deal with this type of unethical business practice. EDIT: Update: You actually broke FTC law. Amazon made it right and gave us our money back in full. The manufacture heavily discounted the item for us. Won't be using you again and warn buyer beware to anyone who gambles with your company."

"Last fall I ordered a Travelon bag because LuggageDesigners seemed to have the best price with free shipping. The bag came in a mailing envelope without a protective plastic bag, probably because someone else had already rejected it. The front pocket on the Travelon bag was STITCHED off center. When I contacted LuggageDesigners, I received an email that stated "We inspected all of the colors of this handbag in our warehouse and found that until they are filled, the flap sits awkwardly on the front of the bag." I know the difference between stitched off center and sits awkwardly. The pocket couldn't be moved to the proper position. I ended up paying shipping to return the bag and get my refund. So much for saving money! The email I received from LuggageDesigners went on to state "Unfortunately, we do not believe that we have a bag that will suite your needs for replacement as we do not consider this a defect but rather how the bag is manufactured." I was only refunded the price of the bag, not the $6.87 I spent to ship it back to LuggageDesigners. I'm surprised at the response to my review!"

"The shop attendants were very informative and had honest converstations with me about the brands they carry. They equally rated the pros and cons of the luggage and did not pressure me to simply buy the most expensive item. The Briggs & Riley carry on I bought has been superb and held up to the extreme travel I do."
